Dispatch time

• LittlePeople aims to dispatch its every order within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed. Some time it can be delay due to rush of orders.
• After the order has been dispatched normally it may take 2-3 working days to delivered to your location.
• However there may be any situation where delivery takes more than 3 days due to any technical issues, such as; Bad weather, Law & Order situations etc or in Interior Areas.

Delivery Information& Shipment Charges

• We process Cash On Delivery via TCS courier service. Delivery charges 180/-Rs will be applicable.

• 7 days exchange policy for all items.
• To exchange your product courier it back to given address.
• No delivery charges on replacement.
• We do not offer a “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we
apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed to every customer. However, you would send damage product on given address on your expense. But we will exchange with free delivery and also send a free gift to compensate the delivery expense you pay for sending to our address.
