CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
All products purchased from www.iluvlittlepeople.com can be exchanged within 10 Days of purchase only if :
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- You must notify us within 03 Days of delivery by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling at +92-302-5587733 in case you want to raise a dispute.
- At Little People, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
- Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at email@example.com within 10 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
No requests will be entertained after that time. Products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ship the articles to be exchanged within 10 days of receiving them. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense. We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 10 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days in Pakistan. Flat shipping charges PKR 180/- on nationwide orders. Orders will be packed and shipped between Monday – Saturday excluding public holidays. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a order confirmation email followed by an Call Confirmation, SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order. Once a product has shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
Due to increased orders, please expect delays during the days of Sale.
To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, original proof of purchase receipt and issue at email@example.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can call us on +92-302-5587733 from Monday to Saturday between 11:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Ready to ship: Any order belonging to ready to ship category, regardless of it payment status as COD/Bank Deposit/Credit card, will not be cancelled after order confirmation.
Unpaid COD Order: If it's an unpaid COD order and the customer asks for the cancellation of the order, the order will be cancelled without any questions asked before the order has been shipped out of the Little People warehouse.U.A.N 051-111-545-775
